The Fifth Hole on the Dune Course

From an elevated tee, this short par 5 is a dogleg to the left. Extensive fairway undulations are a feature of this hole. Long hitters can clear the left fairway bunker and set up an eagle chance. Otherwise, bunkers are in play either side of the landing area. The second shot must be long enough and to the right to clear the large Tuart tree, leaving a relatively easy pitch to a two-tier green. Mishit shots will find bunkers left and right of the landing area.
The green is protected by a bunker at the front and steep slopes around the right side and rear of the green. Being on the correct tier is critical to avoid a three putt.
